Directions

The building can be found on grid square D3 at the site plan of the university. There it is numbered 3408.

The offices of the Theoretical Computer Science Group are on the 16th floor of the building.

Arrival by Train

You arrive at Hannover Hauptbahnhof (main station).

From here walk from the main station into the city: leaving the building you step onto the plaza called Bahnhofsvorplatz (Ernst-August-Platz). Go into the Bahnhofstraße (right across from main station, in-between Galeria Kaufhof and Ernst-August-Markthalle) and within 2 minutes you reach the underground station Kröpcke.

From underground station Kröpcke take train 4 (to Garbsen) or 5 (to Stöcken) until you reach station "Schneiderberg/Wilhelm-Busch-Museum" (right after station "Universität", grid square D4 at the site plan of the university). There move to the right into the street called Schneiderberg until you reach the street Appelstraße (second on the left).

House number 9a is a high rise and can be found on the left side behind a parking lot.

Arrival by Plane

Either take a taxicab from the airport (approx. 30 minutes) to Appelstraße 4 or use the train S5 to get to the station "Hannover - Nordstadt". You can find the station on at the site plan of the university on grid square E1. From here it is a 10 minute walk to Appelstraße ("Engelbosteler Damm" towards town center -> take a right into Haltenhoffstraße -> take a left into the street "Schneiderberg" -> another right into Appelstraße).
